Point Venture sits amidst incredibly beautiful vistas, both of the Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis. Since the village is located on a peninsula it is surrounded by georgeous water views!
Point Venture is popular for its amenities, which include a golf course open to the public with stunning views, a Jr. Olympic swimming pool, waterfront park, boat ramps, and a floating restaurant.
Travel Golf rates the golf course one of the best with a quality golf experience, although it can be challenging with water on three sides of the course, and with some of the most breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis.
There are also great views of Lake Travis and the Marina from the private Jr. Olympic sized pool. The pool is for the use of Point Venture property owners and their guests.
There are six tennis courts throughout the property for property owners and their guests, including four that are lighted with covered bleachers.
The Point Venture Marina is a private marina owned by the PVPO Association. The marina has The Pier, a popular floating restaurant with a full service bar and a varied menu. The Pier is accessible by land and water with plenty of parking for both boats and cars.
There is also a fifty acre water front park which has three boat launches, picnic tables, nature area, playground area, and a covered pavillion.
 POINT VENTURE LOCATION and FACTS -- Point Venture is a village located on a peninsula of the north bank of Lake Travis, 30 miles northwest of Austin. It is in western Travis County.
